Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and everything you want in your room. The host is fantastic and looks after you very well and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Only about 150mtrs from a main shopping center with cinemas, restaurants and take-aways. Not that far really from the beach and freeway into the city.
Front bedroom where I stayed a little noisy with road traffic, however, this quieten down after about 8pm.

i booked it many times and would be happy to recommend. everything was lovely, amicable staff, perfect location just off major shopping centre, railway station and free way, the northern suburbs of perth and cinema. the double room was neat, very well taken care of. the hotel provided a delicious and sensational breakfast with cheese.

I stayed in the En-suite Twin room for 7 nights and it was super comfy. The room had a homely vibe, and I loved the big shower-no water on the floor! Teresa, the host, was amazing, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were a real treat, with different options every day. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit firm for my liking.

Had an extra special time.

Theresa was cute, offering help with transport and phone calls. The breakfast, particularly the pancake platter, was good, while the tidy rooms provided a pleasant atmosphere. The room felt cramped, and the plumbing issue in the bathroom left the floor wet after showers. The breakfast options could use more variety to enhance the experience.

Just walking distance from Little India, where you can have lunch. Definitely would go back in flash. It had free Wi-Fi to keep me connected.
Couldn’t fault.

The towel quality was great, while the plumbing needed some attention.

It was close to shopping, had free wifi capability, and the hosts were pleasant people who left you alone.
It was a Bed and Breakfast and the room and bathroom had a mildew odor that was faint but did cause me to sneeze. Other than that, the facilities were adequate.

Quiet. As I was unable to make breakfast each morning Teresa ensured that there cereal and toast left in my room each evening for the next day.

The palms is conveniently located near a shopping center. Teresa, our host, was so hospitable and even took us to the airport! The swimming pool was the cleanest and warmest we've ever enjoyed.

Teresa put us up at her brother's bed and breakfast place - Arcadian BB and my friends and I love the place. It was a home away from home. Very clean rooms and toilets and they use quality products. Even before we checked in, Teresa was already emailing us to check if we need anything else. Her brother, Jeffrey, was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He helped us with our luggage to the Warwick Station and provided useful information to ease our travel.

Very comfortable place to stay with friendly host. It was easy to get to other areas in Perth with the freeway a short, simple drive away. Peaceful residential area, (good nights sleep) and a medium size shopping centre within close walking distance was good.
